職責(zé)描述: 1. Coordinate all internal departments to customer, including defect improvement, process engineering, integration and manufacturing. 2. Specialty technology transfer projects, systematic defects and process issues characterization and improvement. 3. Planning and setting in-line intelligent defect defense system to detect excursion defect cases and prevent impact. 4. Coordinate overall yield improvement/ defect reduction/ quality enhancement and new process technology qualification. 5. Coordinate X-fabs integration platform for engineering excellence. 6. Satisfactory customer interaction and issue handling from Fab side. 任職要求: 1. Masters (15 years exp.) or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. 2. Experience in silicon wafer process, yield improvement program, device, product and high volume manufacturing. 3. Advanced operations and program management experience. 4. Good communication skill, willing to make commitment.
